In our profession is common for us to get new clients with bad lash extensions...  These are few examples of two clients that came in the same day!  

The top picture is of "cluster" lash extensions (not individual or volume) that had damaged this poor lady's lashes so badly that after refusing to work around them and insisting on a complete removal, we found that her top lashes were shorter than her bottom lashes.  Her lashes were so badly damaged that I could not do a service on her at all.  She appreciated my honesty and the fact that I didn't charge her for the removal (that consequently took almost 45 minutes) or the 30 minute consultation I gave her to discuss how to get her lashes healthy again.  

The bottom picture depicts lashes that were super short but super curly.  These D curl lashes were used on a woman with VERY short and VERY brittle lashes.  When you consider her age and shape of her eyes they were terribly inappropriate.  She actually cried because she was embarrassed by the work done by this girl. (Someone I DO NOT work with.)  

I switched her to a C Curl lash in a .15 thickness and she LOVED them.  

There is so much that goes into a good set of lashes.  It's impossible to get a good set of lashes from someone who is inexperienced and unprofessional.  These are the services that could lead to infection and/or damage to your natural lashes.
